Donna L. Smith, the President and Co-Founder, has over ten years in the Broadband industry.  Approximately two of which was working for a major MSO on a Regional Administrative level and five years with a Contracting Firm as Executive Administrator working directly with the CFO and President.  Mrs. Smith has extensive knowledge in providing the customer with accurate and precise accounting.  She has made positive and professional contributions to the telecommunications industry.  With her integrity, honesty, and a sense of ethics, it is her commitment that RTS completely satisfies the customer while recognizing outstanding employee performances. 

Leslie F. Smith (Les), Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder has more than 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.  He started his career with Jackson Communications in 1974.  He was appointed Group President of Orius Broadband Services, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Orius, in January 2001.  He had been appointed as President of Orius Broadband Business Group in October 2000.  In January 2000 to October 2000 he was President of Mich-Com Cable Services, Inc. (Orius subsidiary) and from 1998 until December 1999, he was Executive Vice President of Mich-Com Cable Services, Inc.  From 1995 to 1998 he was President of Rite Cable Construction, Inc.  He served with Cable Constructors, Inc. as Regional Manager then Vice President of Southeast Operations from 1985 through 1995.  Mr. Smith is a long time member of the SCTE and has been published both nationally and internationally in regards to fiber optic construction practices.
